OHIOHEALTH WEBSITE REDESIGN

OhioHealth undertook a major redesign of their extensive, 2,000+ page website to improve usability for patients and staff within a tight deadline and budget. As Senior UX Contractor, I led and onboarded junior team members through the production process and CMS (EpiServer) training, while managing project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

In addition to execution, I identified key improvement opportunities, developed design concepts, and collaborated with the agency partner to successfully implement enhancements—delivering a user-centric, efficient digital experience.

KEY PROJECT NOTES

• Managed and mentored two junior UX designers, providing onboarding and ongoing creative direction.

• Facilitated daily check-ins to review progress, address challenges, and delegate upcoming tasks.

• Identified and redesigned responsive design issues in existing templates, securing approval from Senior and SVP-level leadership.

• Created comprehensive wireframes from scratch to establish clear design guidelines and streamline onboarding for new team members.

• Collaborated with the agency partner to improve global typography and optimize mobile/tablet responsiveness based on template and CSS recommendations.

• Quickly mastered a complex CMS to support onboarding and assist with production workflows.
