SILVERBALL PINBALL SOFTWARE EXPLORATION

Collaborated with the Silverball Super League, a 70+ member competitive pinball league in Worthington, Ohio, to improve the usability and streamline the player management process of their league software. As a volunteer-led design exploration, I conducted journey mapping, audited the existing platform, and developed design components to simplify administrative workflows.

Although the project advanced, it was ultimately paused when another existing tournament software created their own solution that included built-in league management features.
